Fictional Story: The GM Sniper 2 NewType Special is rare production unit for a mysterious mobile suit division known as the Wolfsbane Company. Mysterious by design because the team was meant purely for clandestine operations. The few units that were produced often assisted Gundam prototypes in real combat operations. Specifically, this unit was assigned to backup the "Yellow Ghost" a top secret Hi Nu Gundam prototype customized with the Ground Tactical Assault System. In fact, it was present in all of its 39 successful operations led by the Hi Nu [GTAS]. The GM Sniper 2 NewType Special has been deployed in numerous combat situations beyond those it has seen with the Yellow Ghost. But its a rare sight to see and its performance legendary making it a sought after unit by the Federation's top NewType snipers. The GM Sniper 2 NewType Special was armed with the XM2010 Enhanced Sniper Rifle as its primary weapon. But it is also armed with an M4 Beam Carbine, a Beam Handgun, and 2 Beam Sabers. Its shield also contains a built in double barrel beam cannon. Lastly, it is equipped with a weapon of a Newtype. 2 funnels are mounted on its back.
